Abstract
In this eighth issue of e-Letras com Vida, professors Cleber Felipe (Federal University of Uberlândia), Jean Pierre Chauvin (University of São Paulo) and Marcelo Lachat (Federal University of São Paulo) make up the interdisciplinary group for coordinators of «Art( facts) and Historical Expedients». This dossier’s multidisciplinarity permits a review of texts and authors already known, others not so well known, and, above all, within the scope of global studies, it enables knowing the current Brazilian academic activity that focuses on Portuguese, Luso-Brazilian and global literature themes, as in the case of the unmistakable hero of all adventurers, Robinson Crusoe.
