We present a dossier bringing together relevant academic contributions, with the aim of problematizing and reflecting on the right to literature, conceived as part of a vision of culture as a common good. After all, we understand literature also as the right to imagination and storytelling, in its most diverse genres and narratives, recognizing that if there is one thing that cannot be denied to any human being, it is their creative capacity — for which, in the end, «we will all have to pay as well».
